As if things weren't complicated and irritating enough with an aggravating adversary, an annoying shinigami who seems to love spouting seemingly random messages, I have to have more troubles thrown my way. The entry where Ryuk's waxing poetic about apples have such a blatant message. Kira's bitch? Is he trying to blow Mikami's cover?
There seems to be more to the poem as well. I'm familiar enough with his writing to pick out discrepancies, and there were three words that stood out. Light, L, low. Whatever that is supposed to mean still remains quite a mystery.
Misa's here in the City as well, and she's evidently already given up ownership of the Death Note. I wonder, should I return ownership to her and ask her to make the trade? It will not hurt to have another pair of shinigami eyes around, after all, in case I require knowledge of someone's name.
