Hello from London! I'm at the computer lab in the CAPA office, it's on Cromwell Road. CAPA, for the record, is incredibly disorganized and I would swear there has been no communication between CAPA in London and the Int'l Ed office at Oswego. So many things they told us at home are not true once you get here... it's been really frustrating. The trip itself has been great though. I've met lots of nice people and stayed up until 3 am last night watching crappy British TV (actually it was Jerry Springer) with fun people. I've seen Buckingham Palace, the Tower of London, the Tower Bridge, Big Ben, Westminster Abbey, and even the place where Prince Charles works every day. :) I am having a great time. The flat I live in is a little... well let's put it this way: the toilet flushes with a pull chain and the shower is a hand-held sprayer thing, which takes a lot of getting used to. It feels very comfortable being here though, and the flat feels homey already. I have my interview on Thursday for the Wallace Collection - I guess they have paintings, sculptures, suits of armor, and antique furniture. It sounds intriguing. I will write more about it once I've been there. I guess I'm going to wait and blog more later. :) I hope everyone is having as good a time at home! I miss you all!!!
