I got a feeling ....
It's going to be a short one tonight. I'm exhausted and do not want to blog at all. However, we are only day six into this Project: Blog and I cannot give up yet. I think blogging would be more fun if I actually lead an interesting existence.
I took Oakley for two walks today. It felt so good. I can't wait to get out for a run one day soon. My knee has been acting up so I am really itching to finally get out and stretch my legs. We had a lady at the park tell me today that I shouldn't have my "vicious dog around my sweet children." I was like are you kidding me?! First of all, my dog would not hurt a hair on anyone, nevermind those kids. Second of all, who are you to tell me what to do and not do around the kids I babysit. Bitch. I wanted to be like "nice life lesson, teaching your kid to be scared of animals." But I held my tounge. I told my neighbours (the kids' parents, some neighbours and my parents) after and they were like "I'm surprised you didn't say more to her" - well I would have but I couldn't exactly tear her a new asshole with Bella and Bray standing there watching me. My dog is a LAB not a friggen monster and if she actually noticed, she would have seen that he listened to everything I told him to do.
Anyway, enough of my rant on stupid people at the park.
Tomorrow is Labour Day and I am hoping we have some nice, hot weather. I could do with one more pool day of the season but we'll see. The kiddies start school on Tuesday. It is really cute how excited they are about it. I remember being so excited to start Grade One. I had a Little Mermaid lunchbox and everything. Now I can't be happier that I am finished school, haha.
