Ohhhhhh college

Soooooooo I got accepted to Polytechnic University in Brooklyn and I don't know how to feel about it. I know 5 months ago I would have been ecstatic, but since I've read comments by current and former students at Poly, I'm really unsure whether it's worth transfering. Princeton rated it as a top pick for a northeast engineering college and all that fun stuff, but I don't know. I'm afraid that I won't be a good student there, like my 4.0 at WNEC is only because the school is easy? I don't know. I don't know if WNEC is a good school for engineering and I don't know how it compares to Poly and I don't know if Poly is really among the top engineering schools. I wish there was some way to guage it. Anyway, I still have to wait until I hear back from Columbia University in May because I applied for transfer there too. Unfortunately it's, well, Columbia and thus hard to get into (although their engineering school is said to be easier to gain acceptance) but atleast I know if I get accepted there the only thing keeping me from transfering would be money. Poly is offering me the same amount of money as WNEC so I guess I just have to visit the place, which I will, soon. And like, teachers here think I'm really smart and I've made good, positive connections with them and impressed them and the thought of going to a completely new school and establishing those relations again is daunting. I just wish someone could just plainly tell me like, "Yes, Poly is better, they have more connections with the engineering community. GO THERE!", but that's just not possible. Oh well. I'm happy, I had a very fun and relaxing spring vacation with nicky. I got a job at Westfield Spirit Shop, where my sister works, doing the empties and stocking the freezer and what not and I like it. I also bought glasses. They're old, like 60's or 70's style (the character Truman Schiff in the movie Patch Adams has the same glasses if you were wondering) and people here are probably going to think I'm crazy or something. Shwhatever, I like them, and I'm really happy. That's all. Nooooo, that's not all. Last Friday, when we had the snow storm, I picked up Nicky from the New Haven train station. It normally takes us an hour each way, totaling two, but this time it took 7 WOW! Yeah won't forget that day. Anyway, it was worth it and memorable. Columbia just tell me if I got in! Night.
