The air conditioning is finally repaired and central air is once again circulating the upstairs floor. Thank God. The idiot who replaced our furnace mismatched the wires to the system and come suddenly summer along with the heat we've been dying for yet as usual only complain about, the second floor became an oven and if at any time anyone were upstairs for more than a few minutes, it was sheer luck you weren't roasted alive. The basement became my new bedroom for the next two weeks, so while I was sacrificing the comfort of my bed for the stiff, not-long-enough futon, it was something close to heaven compared the hell existing on my second floor. And it wouldn't even have been so bad if I at least had a fan, but nope, my family stole all of those away like they were homless strays diving for a freshly tossed half-eaten McDonald's meal or something. Yea, not so good. And yes, I could've bought myself a fan, but I decided to subject to the sin of sloth and just migrate downstairs where it was independently cooler. Problem solved. Sort of.

Anyway. Enough about my home improvements.

Actually, I'm off. It's hot and I'm hot and everything's just too hot.

I'm not cynical I swear :p
