Simon Bolivar said those word shortly before he died. They may have been his last, and I could see why he was so lost. The country he had freed now hated him and he was exiled. He was in a labyrinth, and he was lost. Then he died.
I think I understand what he meant. But it is kind of... odd to say that at the end of your life. I think you could write a very good essay about this.
I think I will, for english 101. Maybe a narrative or a cause and effect on how the fear of an imminent death is what really scares people and not the death itself. If I told you that there was a 10% chance you'll die in the next 20 years you'd probably be ok about it. But If I said you have a 10% chance of dying in the next 30 seconds you'd probably panic.
