Brought T home Drumlin Farm Maple syrup and some farm fresh eggs. Shortly after that we were doing shots of different syrup to see if we could tell the difference between our Canada/VT mix that we always buy at Whole Foods and the fresh, just made, small batch Drumlin syrup. Sure enough they are nothing alike. And yes, I'm pretty sure doing shots of maple syrup is something uniquely New England.

Volunteered at the Maple Breakfast yesterday. Although it was fun I'm pretty sure standing in the 38 degree rain for 5 hours set me back a bit in terms of kicking this cold.
Today I'm off to the Food Show for
the zen kitchen. Looking forward to it as I have not been to a Food Show in years and years.
After that I'll be getting our house ready for the St. Patrick's Day party where both leaves will be needed in the table since we're feeding 8. :)
