(no subject)
I'm going to write in this just like it's a part of my normal routine, and ignore all the surprised stares.
My life has been made singularly disgusting for the past four days or so by either walking pneumonia or bronchitis, and if you ask me, I feel it's both. Yesterday was my worst day, and today has probably been my best, so there is hope yet! I'll be going back to work tomorrow morning, so cross your fingers that I am without fever.
I had a wonderful time getting together during the BFE, and I was happy that Summer was in! Now I am reduced to work again, and that's it. Really.
I have an apartment in Wise now. No more dorms. I'm excited to decorate! I think for the first time in a long time I'm going to have my very own pet too!! Everyone has nixed a snake...which was my first choice, but even the landlord said he didn't want to mow if there was going to be a snake in the vicinity, so forget it, I don't mow.
I think I've moved on to a dog. My roomie wants a dog too. I'm so excited, my birthday is fast approaching and I'm thinking I might go to the pound and adopt a dog (for MYSELF thi time!) ;)
Okie, off to make a phone call about a dress fitting....who knows, maybe I'll surprise everyone and even come back to this thing once in a while! :)
