I was reading tonight, a favorite pastime of mine over breaks like this, since I get to do so little during the semester...and for some reason, this question popped into my head.
Do you believe in soulmates?
I'm not talking about those mushy-boy-girl-meant-to-be-in-love-forever soulmates either. Yes, those can be considered, but I don't think it has to be limited to that.
Can a soulmate be just a best friend, be they same sex or opposite sex?
What about that friend that you've just got an uncanny connection to? You really, honestly know what they're thinking or feeling sometimes, or what they're going to say, and not just because they always say that, or whatnot.
This is the type friend that maybe you just met one day and everything seemed to click so well that it maybe even weirded you out for a little while. That first night you stayed up talking until the morning, and you still couldn't get enough out of them, or talk to them enough, or....whatever.
That's it. Whatever, I'm running on again and don't even really know why.
