I know I haven't updated enough on here. I think I am just starting to get into a solid routine with the little one where I can find a few moments of puter time....without holding him. I can honestly say that I have mastered surfing and even playing a little WoW while holding and even feeding the baby, but it is damn near impossible to type. If I do, it's with one hand and very slow, which I find frustrating, so then I give up. :)
So, all is well and baby is doing great! I think he's twice as big as he was almost 2 months ago. He has his next checkup on Monday, and I'm excited to see what his current stats are. I am also taking more and current pics of him, but we are using a disposable camera so I have to get them developed. I might drag out our inferior digital camera later and try to get some decent shots of him. I am doing pretty well, I've lost more weight and have been able to do more and more. Sleep is getting better as well. James and I both are still tired, don't misunderstand but I'm not trying to survive on 2 or 3 hours of sleep a day. James is such a good Daddy. He has no hesitation with Justin at all and takes care of all his needs like a pro. I'm not suprised at all, I just recognize how lucky I am. I am truly blessed.
I was reminded the other day that my birthday is on Saturday. I had honestly forgotten. It is a strange thing indeed what sleep deprivation and being totally in love with your child can do to a person's brain. I have no idea if we are going to do anything special. Of course, everday is special to me, so I'm not even sure what I'd want to do. I know there will be cake. There's always cake. I love cake. :) Yes, cake and my boys...that's as special as it gets!
A totally unrelated thought but probably worth mentioning...I have gotten the distinct feeling that something is brewing. The 'trees' have been a bit more talkative as of late. There have also been a few visitors here and there as well, not saying much, just passing through. Very odd. *shrugs*
Anyhoo...I had better go get some dishes done before the little one wakes up. Hugs to everyone and don't be afraid to email or call. If we are asleep, the phone is on silent so you won't wake us up. :)
