I have figured out Rapture's Timezone. It is UTC -2 being as how Rapture is located at 63° 2' N, 29° 55' W and it falls within the -2hr timezone. LJ hates making setting your timezone easy (you have to select by city) so I'm still working on that. In case you were curious or just suddenly had a burning need to know the current time in Rapture, I give you:
