I am still holding out hope that when my sister starts going through her Christmas decorations in the next couple of weeks that my stuff will turn up. I am just sick over it! I know that sounds petty, but I've been looking forward to using it for a year. I've learned my lesson - I'm not storing anything at her house again.

I ended up having plenty of ornaments, but still need to get a topper and a tree skirt.

Michael and I went to a Mercy Me concert last night. We have really been opening up to each other lately. A couple of times in the past week little things he was doing would start getting on my nerves . . .then he would turn around and do something that swept me off my feet!

I'm finally able to see a light at the end of the tunnel financially. The next two weeks will be tight, but I should be even by the end of December. If Tony would come up with some money before Christmas, that would be awesome - but I'm not holding my breath. I've already told my family and friends I'm not buying presents this year (and don't expect any). There are two more things I want to get for Shelby - a sleeping bag and this cupcake maker thing she's been obsessing about for months.

I got her this kid size water cooler from Avon. Whenever she comes into my work she loves getting water out of our water cooler for herself and everyone else, so I think she'll like having one at home. I also have a Dora robe and a few books for her. That is more than plenty because I know she will get more stuff from my family. I've told them all, one gift each for Shelby. Last year was ridiculous and clothes would be more appreciated than toys.
