What I already consumed today: ugh...
1 ex.large bowl of chicken soup. (no carbs other than the veggies, chicken and broth) low cal.
1 root beer (no more after today) 160 cals.
1 soy chocolate pudding cup ?
1 mini soy ice cream sandwich ?
2 handfuls of trail mix ?
2 hard candy creme savers 50 cals.
water 0 cals.
I am going to try to only drink water for the rest of the day and maybe soup tonight. THATS IT.
