Day 15 - 2006/07/19
Today was a fun day. I made sandwiches for lunch and they were extremely tasty!!! Wow! What a surprise!! Honestly! I was so happy that I was foolish enough to tell the two girls next to me that my sandwiches were very tasty........ why is that foolish you may ask... ah. well. They would not stop asking me to make them sandwiches for tomorrow!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ohhh my goodness!!! They must have asked me for atleast 30 mins!!!! I was not about to make them sandwiches!! Ohhh nooo!! Lazy girls! They could make it themselves!... orrrr they could pay me! :D So they were trying to negotiate the price down from my very, very generous 200 Yen (LESS THAN $2)!!!! to 150Yen!!!!!! Which is Nothing!!!!! Plus the sandwiches were huge!!! So i was saying no, no, no, no and I thought I got rid of them when I got back to my room.... but I come on msn to chat for the last time with my babe before she heads off to puerto viarta (ole!!) and *Da da dadaaa* I get messages from them!! mannn. I told rachel and she said you should charge them ATLEAST $3 and I told them that and they immediately agreed to 200 Yen! OLE RACHEL!!! hahahahahahahaahhaha But at this stage I was thinking, 'yaaaa, atleast 3 dollars man!! 2 dollars is nothing!!!' But then they said they found someone else who'd make them free sandwiches. Pheww!! That took care of that problem. And then it was just r and s. It sucks how her flight got cancelled!!! what the heck man... but don't worry friends, she got on the 9am flight (she's getting on the 9am flight).
I'm quite excited for her!!! I bet she's going to have a great time! Above all, I hope she gets to relaxxxxx!! Go to the beach, read, have a couple of cocktails while enjoying the jacuzzi! I hope she makes some friends as well, cause then she can go party at night! Whatever happens, I hope she is happy and enjoys her trip!
As for me, I thought the japanese concert was tomorrow, but alas it's next week. This weekend I'm pretty set on going to Nagoya (which is the capital of the prefecture I'm in - the Aichi Prefecture - and it's Japan's 4th largest city). I just hope it doesn't rain... it was pouring today!! Wow! This morning it was raining cats and dogs man!!! Incredible. Even with my trusty poncho I got a bit wet. Class was great today. We learned how to speak informally in japanese i.e. how to speak to friends as opposed to someone who is older than you :-/ So that was cool!! Adrian whipped out his videa camera (he's making a movie) and started filming so I struck several of my famous (or should i say infamous gina?) poses and it got many people laughing! ole!!
Ahheemmm.... Guess who just knocked on my door? That's right means, Patosan!!!!! (Oh, and CONGRATULATIONS :D rachel told me the awesome news :) I wish you two the best!!!)
Guess what patosan wanted?? He's doing his laundry and all this clothes are dirty so he wanted to borrow shorts!!! How gross is that??? I don't want to even think about it, but I let him borrow my shorts (NOT boxer shorts hahahaha). Yup yup. I haven't caught him in the act today, so no funny stories :P
So ya, class was fun. The day was good, but it was sad cause rachel left. But now maybe I'll be able to finish that research paper I've been working on for A YEAR!!!!!!!!!!! Gooodddnneeessssss!!! hahaha, wish me luck ;)
