This is just me postulating, but I think the murders were done by more than one person.

The effort involved seems to hard for even a single "Supernatural" entity, and looks more like it would of been professionally organized given the scale.

I didn't. I said even if it were One, it would be unlikely.

The entire affair seems to be... a morbid publicity stunt in my mind. In terms of organization.
