wanting to rent in fall of 2005, for a year
one of the rooms in my 5 bedroom house
not sure how much it would cost....
mortgage is 1400 a month, plus utilities (which i think some of which my mom would pay) and cable if people want it.
let me know if you're REALLY interested though. rent would be based on room size (one LARGE room, one medium room and two small rooms)
