rotten.
last night i had dinner at my african art history professor's house and it was absolutely delightful. we had wine and cheese and crackers and incredible ravioli and sparkling cider and chocolate cake and it was so nice to sit and hear everyone's stories from first semester. they were hysterical. and having dinner with dana (professor) in her house was fantastic. being with people outside of class makes me realize how many more people i really want to get it know.
i got home around 9:30 and everyone was doing work so i went downtown to watch i heart huckabees. which i ended up hating, but laughed through most of it because it pissed me off so much.
then i came back to the hub and everyone was studying and i ate bowls of peanut m&m's.
and this morning i awoke to a package from my parents. sometime during the semester your parents have the option of putting together a care package for you for finals and it gets delivered on the last day of reading period. mine had apples and pears, fancy crackers and amazing cheese, homemade cookies, apple cider, and fudge.
and i got a stressball from campus center.
oh man, i'm having a blast not taking finals.
this rocks.
