"Always happy to help." Ali smiles to them both, dropping her bag on a bench before stretching her arms up over her head and curling slightly backwards. "So, what will we be starting with? Offense, or defense?"

Kara looks around the room, taking in all the details. After she's content with having examined her surroundings, she scans it again with X-ray vision just curious if there is more than meets the eye here. She stretches her arms across her chest one at a time, loosening up and then bends at the hips, reaching for her toes before standing back up. She waits to see what Samus' lesson plan entails.

Defense first.

*Samus smiles, taking a moment to stretch as well. She starts by craning her neck, and works her way down bit by bit, taking the time to briefly loosen every joint.*

There's no pressing need to attack anyone--that I know of, at least--but it's always a good time for defense.

*She pauses, growing thoughtful.*

While physically, you're going to be fairly safe most of the time, but psychologically, emotionally, you leave yourself fairly open. Between us, though, I think Ali and I can start showing you where you're vulnerable, and how to guard those points. Can't we?
