so for the last 6 months i've had shitty internet because my roommate bought a super shitty router despite my advising against it. he did not have to deal with the repercussions of having stinginess because i provided a computer in the living room for everyone to use, and it was close enough to the router to connect directly. so he got plenty of internets using a computer i gave to him, while i was starved of internets because of his poor purchase.
until now! i got a big-assed cable to snake from my room to the router, but with one snag; the on-board ethernet adapter in my computer didn't work. the solution? shanghai the ethernet card (only reliable internets sauce) from the donated computer and give'em a taste of their own medicine.

also, everyone should listen to this song. it's a black metal version of some traditional finnish song, and totally has sick pirate vocals in it. but satanic or whatever.
