Dinner tonight--thrown together from things on hand... and out of boredom and wanting some different, yet arguably healthy fare:
3 chicken hot dogs, cut into chunks
1 daikon radish, chunked
portion of butternut squash, chunked
water sufficient to make soup
Boiled for 20 minutes (approximately)... long enough to cook the butternut squash chunks until tender.
Surprisingly good.
