I will be standing on the front porch of history tonight. Maybe the back porch. Its more intimate, no?
Going to be in Grant Park tonight at Obama's rally where (hopefully) he will be delivering his historic acceptance speech. He must win. He just has to. And I will be there. With sixty thousand other people. Which is huge. Though not as huge as the million they expect to show up and not be able to get in. Thank goodness I have a politically aware friend who signed up for tickets the moment they were available.
I will be exhausted and possibly non-functioning at work tomorrow. But this is history. Screw the babies.
