not smoking cigarettes is awesome.
not doing drugs is even more awesome.
being there for my freinds is good karma, littering isn't.
music is love, i am head over heels.
losing twelve pounds is amazing, having to go to a psychologist because of anxiety and panic attacks is not.

Lost another freind Emere he moved back to his country Turkey. He was a good dude.
Went to a "AA" meeting last night to support my friend Nick because he has been sober for 90 days and i wanted to be there for him.
Up's and down's have have been the theme for my life lately. I guess thats not bad cuz at least there is up's.
My docter tells me that i have heart burn anxiety and mild depression. W/e like everything else in my ife i'll get through it.
I need to pee now.
