i miss playgrounds.
we passed one on the bus.
it reminded me of how simple life used to be.
when the love we got from our parents was all we needed.
the times where we didn't care who was watching..
if we wanted to do something crazy, we just did it.
i'm striving to get that little soul back.
i learned a lot when i went to church saturday and sunday.
you've got to just go for what you want.
you can't just wait around and expect it to fall in your lap.
sometimes we ask God for signs when he's already given us the answer.
as the pastor said, "to seize your divine moments, it's time to say yes to God."
i want to live by that at this moment, from this point forward.
actually, i made that commitment last night.
i'm willing to accept what God wants me to offer to the world.
i've realized that i need to stop holding back on what i want.
i have to just do it, no matter how hard i have to work.
if you let the opportunity pass, you are closing a door God has opened for you.
by doing so, you'll never know where you could have been in your life.

this weekend was pretty good.
crystal picked me up and we went to go pick up her sis's friend.
we then went to kya's to see her before she left for prom.
she looked so pretty.
then we went to crystal's grandma's house.
it was her birthday.
brandy was there with her boyfriend, sheldon [shel]
oompa was there too.
he broke the kiddie table, lmao.
it was flippin hilarious!!
we were all just eating and BOOM!
he was sittin flat on his butt with his food and drink all over the backporch!
it was so funny, i mean it was priceless.. i'm serious.
almost as good as birdy kayla! lol!
joan talked to me about chris, lmao.
she's all like you see how he acts?

after that we went to the youth rally.
hannah was there :]
i met this girl jennifer, she was really nice.
seth franco was so interesting, funny, and so cool.
i thought it was going to be pretty stupid.
it was really awesome though.
some of the things he said just made me cry.
i kind of got a little upset..
well, more than "a little", but a lot.
it was stupid though.
just me being jealous.
oompa didn't want to sit beside me :/
not much you can do there.
he confuses the crap out of me.
one minute he likes me, the next he don't.
i don't know, sometimes it just breaks my heart.
i know, though, if it's meant to happen then it will.
i love him a lot.
even though we still aren't that close.
sunday i went to church with crystal.
it was pretty interesting.
the pastor had a good sense of reality.
all i could think about was how i've been holding back so many things.
how i'm letting life pass me by and i hate myself for it.
i want to be outgoing and strong.
i saw hannah singing up on stage at the youth rally..
it just amazed me.
she was so into it and didn't care what anyone else thought.
she loved to do it and that was all that mattered.
all i could think to myself was..
no wonder he likes her so much.
she is a really awesome girl, though.
we stayed for second service, but oompa ended up not going to church at all.
crystal took me home later and i watched meet the fockers.
it was okay.. i was kind of disappointed.
i thought it would be funnier than it was.

i went to school anyway.
i'm pretty drugged up right now, though.
one naproxen and three advil..
yeah, i'm not out of it yet.
english was okay.
we read act 1 of romeo and juliet.
we have to know the prologue by thursday.
that will be interesting: me, remembering the prologue.

i've seen the movie and it is pure love.

it was pretty interesting though.
i disliked the twenty trillion questions we had to do.
computer apps was boring.
we started powerpoint.
how freakn bad does that blow?
i'm going to be falling asleep soon in that class.
science was kind of fun.
we found out who the "murderer" was for this murder mystery.
me and alex knew it was the freakn mexican!
me: "gosh, i knew it was the mexican."
alex: "yeah, i know. ashley, you thought it was the other loser.."
ashley: "well he looks wierd, what can i say?"
alex: "well, you know it was that guy.
only because he has a book.
he could have used the book to beat the woman and,
of course, he can't read the book because it's not in english.
so what else could possibly be doing with that book, huh?
yeah that's right.. we knew it was him!"
alex and ashley were fighting with their navy pencils.
alex took paul's and started fighting.
paul was like, "hey give me back my pencil!"
it was funny, he was so confused.
bennett got his haircut! :]
it was in a mohawk today.

chorus was kind of fun, too.
i have a new nickname you guys.
my new name is loompa.
it was spencer's brilliant [kidding] idea.
he called me oompa loompa last semester.
only because one day my face looked orange,
i had purple eye shadow on and i'm short.
he goes, "oh my gah i've got it!"
crystal and i are like, "what."
he says, "he's oompa and you can be loompa!"
i was like lmao ok..
he's so retarded and says,
"oompa and loompa. are yall going to do the doopidee doo?"
i'm like OMG, NO!!!
we had a fascinating talk.
i talked to kayla for about an hour on the phone when i came home.
we are getting so close now and i love it.
she is so great and so in the same shoes i'm in right now.
kayla, we're going to get us a baseball hat made.
you can have your AG hat and i'll have Loompa!
