Well I had a horrible day yesterday. I worked from 7:30 till 3 and it had been raining all day so no business. I only made $12 in tips. Big deal. Then I went to Wal-Mart to buy a new air filter. And on my way home I got almost to the Eastaboga exit and one minute there was no rain and the next minute I couldn't see for all the rain. So I let off the accelerator to slow down and my back tires started to hydroplane. They went one way, the front tires went another and I did a 360 in the interstate. Then I my jeep went off to the right down the embankment into the ditch and back up the other side while doing another 180 and eventually I stopped in the grass on the high embankment. I just sighed, turned the car off, and called my dad. I had my seatbelt on so I'm fine and luckily there was no damage to my jeep. I was just sitting in the grass off the eastbound side of I-20 but the jeep was facing westbound. Well my dad showed up and we tried to get it back onto the interstate but the ditch was too deep and I don't have 4X4 so a wrecker came and pulled me out. While we deciding which direction were gonna try to get out a fire truck, a fire and rescue truck, and a trooper pulled up. The trooper was a complete ass so all emotional stability I had disappeared when the first thing he did was bark at me about how I was driving too fast for road conditions. Ugh. I don't know who troopers think they are but they need to get over themselves and learn some manners. Anyhow, like I said all is well now. Just had a little slide but I could have gone off at worse places or ran in to a guardrail or a tree, or rolled my jeep so I consider myself lucky. Definitely had someone looking out for me. Needless to say, today was a lot better.
