Day 2

 Today I had a small glass of blueberry juice and two thin slices of homemade banana bread. I figured it was a decent amount for breakfast, I probably could've done away with the second piece of banana bread.  My mother brought some lunch from the store; potato wedges and chicken nuggets. I had a small plate of those and my blueberry juice. My goal is to learn to eat small, trying to shrink my stomach once again. Not an easy task. I'll be honest.... I love food but the food doesn't love me. What a vicious cycle.

Today is just another busy day on my world. I have a million things to do with my mother, we're getting ready to go away for a 4 day trip to visit my Auntie. I am looking forward to the trip and the visit! This journal was suppose to be dedicated to my body and weight measurements. I guess I'll do that with the next journal. Until next time
