Countdown to GRAPEMO! :)
Reminder: GRAPEMO begins on Monday Feb. 1st. Those of you who participated last year will remember that you only need 2 things:
1. Something to work on
2. A PERSONAL WRITING GOAL (PWG)
(And motivation-which you have!)
Your PWG can be whatever you choose. Most people like to stick with the word counts, whether, like NaNo, it’s another 50k in 30 days. Or 20k. Or even 1k. If your goal is to write 100 words of sheer perfection by the end of February, then knock yourself out. :) The main thing is to pick a Goal and stick with it!
You can write something new or work on your current WIPs
You can do so many words/pages/chapters of revisions or get some serious editing done.
If you need a synopsis or an outline-go for it!
If you’re an illustrator, grab the paints or the pastels or the charcoal or the camera.
Anyone can play. You don't need to belong to LJ. If you’re interested, please let me know who you are and what your PWG is (this will be posted) in a private message here on LJ or in an e-ail to sassenach43 at aol dot com. You can reply to this post as well, but future updates need to be PMed or e-mailed
I’d like WEEKLY UPDATES on your progress, which I’ll also post on this blog. Updates need to be e-mailed or PMed to me (not send via comments, too hard too keep track of) over the weekends (Sunday nights at the latest) so I can post them in a timely manner.
Everyone's also welcome to send a few lines (up to 300 words or so) for me to post on a collective Teaser Tuesday(s). These need to be in by Monday night, again so I can get them up in time.
