Friday Five
1. O Squirky LJ strikes again. I just hit "reply" on someone's blog and got the reply box to someone else's and posted a comment to THEM. I thought *I* screwed up (what, me?) but then it happened a second time. Now I'm wondering how many other comments I posted to the wrong person. (!!!) Weirdness abounds.
2. I'm fully recovered from my mysterious illness. I spent all day in bed, emerging only for the most vital reasons including a quick trip to Chipotle's at 9:30 p.m. Now I've been up since 4 a.m. and just waiting for Borders to open so I can work on revisions.
3. Two birthdays yesterday: Hubby and Martha. Yes, yesterday was the one year anniversary of Before/After's release date. Elca gave me the sweetest card that said "Happy Book Birthday." :) I can't believe how crazed I was a year ago at this time. Well, more crazed than my norm.
4. I used to think the groundhog living in my back yard was "cute" till he ran off with a big fat green tomato protruding from his mouth. The language my husband used will up my blog rating to an X, so I can't repeat it. We had plans for that tomato. Now we have "plans" for the groundhog. ;) It may involve firearms.
5. I think I'm developing an allergy to my wedding band. This is the second time in a couple months I woke up with a red swollen finger and had to soap the ring off. I won't tell you how many years I've been married, but it's longer than some of you have been on this earth. Maybe the ring's actually growing into my flesh by now? My finger is nude at the moment and itching like crazy.
