Oh! I think I remember why Latimir was the only one that had electricity!
A year or so back, we had some guys who were really good at fixing things and building crap. One of them was named Bulma. She headed a group of engineers who helped restore electricity to Latimir! We also had a plumber who fixed the pipe lines, too!
But, last time I was here, Luigi disappeared and... I dunno if Bulma is still around. She was when I left, but... I haven't seen her post at all since I got back.
Honestly, I think Luigi and Bulma were working on both Latimir and Marshall... but after the last big Chimera attack, Marshall was pretty much destroyed... I dunno if either of them ever managed to start to work on the other buildings... maybe the High School? S-sorry, the details are a little fuzzy now. ;;;
Horton.. at the time, not many people really lived there. I guess it was low on their priority list, since Marshall and Latimir were the most populated buildings, along with the High School. A lot of doctors were set up in the High School, so they wanted to accommodate them so they could do their work with some light to go by.
Ah, I'm glad! I was here for nearly a year before I left... so, I remember a lot of big stuff that happened! ...J-just not a lot of the details.
Really...? Even less? To me, this place really seems pretty empty already. But, that makes sense. I should see if the high school power is out, too. I know the bar is back on...

Yeah, it was pretty empty back then, too. A lot of people lived in Marshall before the Chimera attack and when that was destroyed, they all flocked to Latimir. ... I guess now that Latimir's been damaged, even more people are going to flock elsewhere...

Y-yeah, same with me and Ichigo. We.. used to live at Marshall way back when, but.. some circumstances arose and we moved to Gohl for a while... then we moved to Latimir... and when we came back, we were gonna go back to Latimir again, but... now we're stuck in the High School, for now.
