Tomorrow... It'll be my birthday.
I'm excited, but also a little nervous, I guess. It's just a birthday. But it will be the first one I celebrate in a place that isn't home. But, I'm glad to be able to have it with the people I've met here.
That means it's the winter solstice, too. The longest night of the year. It's a little depressing, but it's also good, right? Because now it will turn around. I guess that sounds a little cliche.
[ ... ] I'm going to high school, if anyone needs me.
