My bookclub
I stared a new bookclub at work. It's called Classics with Kelly and I'm choosing books from the Barnes and Noble Classics Library, as they have a good selection and are cheap! I just started in January and my first book was Moby Dick. I've never read it before and I really enjoyed it. Sometimes, I thought Melville got carried about with all the whale facts, but I understood why he included them. It was a really good book. My book club meeting got snowed out, though, which is too bad. I really wanted to discuss it!
My book selection for this month is Tao Te Ching. I have read it before but am enjoying it again. It's a very interesting and highly important book. Hopefully, I'll have a better turnout this month, as long as the weather cooperates!
