My butt is stuck to my chair. crazy huh??

It's been a crazy-ass long time since I've come on here...I guess for lack of things to say, but more for lack of time to post anything that wasn't "omg, I'm in love" haha So, today, I'm posting something with a little bit more substance...but for real, it's more because I need to vent. *sigh*

Okay, so for those of you who still read this crap, a quick sum-up since last April.. (aka last post) I quit my job at Reitmans. Was hired at Laura, and that lasted a whole 3 weeks. The pay was excellent, but the douche face people I worked with totally ruined it and my life, for that matter. That, and the 2 hours commute at 7am was NOT my friend. I quit Laura with a leap of faith and was jobless for a little while. Then I started work at Paramount (movie theatre) because my faithful roommate, Francesca works there and I needed money FAST. 6 months later, I'm still there. I got comfortable. I like it. They salary isn't bad. I get the hours I want. (save this last week, but I'll explain later) I've met some pretty amazing people there. The only downside is that I have to wear a stupid, dorky uniform. Baseball cap and everything...but that's just a minor setback. Boys still flirt with me. HA!

We moved out of our old, shitty, roach infested place at the end of June, in to this WONDERFUL upper-duplex. We're right beside, like, 4 schools, so it's a bunch of young families or really old, retired Italian foggies. I love it. I have a backyard, with lawn funiture. I have a garage and a really creepy basement. I have the AWESOMEST neighbors in the whole entire world with THE cutest baby named Gabriel. I can leave my shoes on the front steps and NO ONE will even think about stealing them. It's paradise.

Things with the family back home are excellent. I hosted a big, fancy (canadian) thanksgiving 2 weeks ago. We cooked a 20lb turkey and a 14lb ham. We transformed our living room in to a HUGE dining hall. Steve and Nick ate chocolate pudding off of each other. My mom, sister, brother, Kate, Fran's mom + her new boyfriend, ANOTHER Steve, Catia, Holly, Steve and Nick were there, along with Adam and Francesca ofcourse. The other girl who lives here, (I refuse to call her my roommate) Chanel, wasn't man enough to come, (I'll also explain that later...) but that's okay because we had tons of fun without her. Apple cake and lots of other yummy chocolateness was had for dessert. LOVE!!

My mommy and sister come to visit pretty often. I love it when they come down...I get spoiled sooo much!!! Kayla is growing in to a BEAUTIFUL young woman. She's had a lot to deal with in the past 4 months, but I know she's got a heart of gold and enough will-power to run a small country, so she'll get to where she was headed. It's just a speed bump, right Boo?? I haven't seen my daddy in a long while. He's been too busy with work. *sigh* I can actually say that I really do miss him. Now that's a first!

Chanel ---. I don't even really know where to start/finish with her. She's technically been living with us since LAST February, but I've seen her a combined total of MAYBE 10 days. 9 of those being at work. She pretty much just lives at her boyfriend's now. With his MOM and his SISTER...?!?! how fucking weird is that? Anyway, without getting in to too many details, she fucking sucks and we're trying to find another, non-sucking roommate. See, the problem with Chanel is, is that she's not bawlsy enough to fess up to being a big douche and trying to skip out on bills and whatever. Who knew moving out on your own invovled so much responsibility??? I guess she sure as hell didn't...

*MMMM PIZZA at 3:30 am*

ugh...I suddenly grew tired of this entry. Actually, I grew more tired of typing. I haven't spent this much time online in like, 8 months? haha

I'll continue this again tomorrow night. When I can't fall asleep before 4 am again. *eek*

G'nite, loves!

here without you, baby
