(no subject)
So...I finally saw Brokeback Mountain with Lauren and there's something about it that's stuck in my mind(and no it's not those dumb girls who were sitting behind us...see Lthorn's entry for more on those goobers). No, it's like something about the story in general, something about how the two characters acted toward each other, something about the whole idea is just gut-wrenching. I've been wandering aimlessly around my house going over some of the things they said and it's just got me bad. I feel like I've been whisked away to that time and place and it feels like I'm stuck there trying to sort through the crazy emotions that I am feeling because of it. This is probably only the second or third movie I've seen that's ever made me feel so emotionally attached to the characters in it...it's a weird feeling.
