Ok...I can sleep well tonight because I have done my grand, smashing, fantastic, kind act for the day (or maybe the week, I don't know yet) And I will share it with you because I am SOOOOOO proud of myself. Get ready for this...
Today, I was on the House of Blues website and I saw that Fiona Apple tickets were on sale. She will be in Cleveland on December 5th at 6:00. Knowing that George lives for Fiona Apple, I text messaged him and in reply he said F Yeah. Thanks.
That simply was not the response I was looking for. So I called him and gave him all of the details. After sharing a few band stories (ahem...like who was sad on the sideline) and after he made fun of me for thinking a certain Vincent was cute (even though I've thought that since I was in middle school...yeah yeah laugh it up)...ANYWAY, after all of that he got back to the concert and I told him I thought I'd let him know. He then said he had no idea she was touring, or that she was coming so close to Louisville. But what made it all worth it was that fact that he said, "BITCH TITS, I MUST GO!"
IT GOT ME. If you're cocking your head to the side, wrinkling your nose, and thinking that I'm a total idiot, suck it. I suppose you had to be there...and share our strange relationship. :-)
Not to mention I just found a plethora of chocolate covered almonds in my Vanilla Swiss Almond ice cream. My mom will get mad because I dug around for the nuts. :-(
ONE LAST THING...I CAN'T WAIT FOR TOMORROW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! AHHHHHHHHHHH!!! Too bad I'm all OCD about it.
