Trying this recipe for the cake style of gingerbread today - I will update with the results. Hopefully it will be tasty since we had a failed roll on measuring the flour so we are making a double batch.
Edit - the result - Okay you know you are truly lazy when you husband says oh shit I measured too much flour and you sinmply double the recipe - LOL But this is not very sweet but molasses and gingery and moist and YUMMY!!!!!!!!!
