super extra awesome delicious bento
I am thinking this is maybe my "best" bento to date? Really, I think that just means that it has the most tasty stuff in it yet! I put a lot of time into this one to make it EXTRA delicious.
Salad w/ homemade dressing, potato salad, a half of a vegetable croquet (bought it at the store, didn't make it), a mini-cheese, and a spicy lemon-pepper tuna salad (with crackers to eat it on).
The difference here is that this is a dinner bento that really needs to keep me going late into the night. I'm working overtime at web today to pad my wallet a little before I come home to be unemployed. I was more than aware that I would be leaving the house at 2 and returning around 11, and then have an early morning the next day.
What I DID NOT think about was that this is an EVENING shift and you know what we have in the evening that we don't have on weekday mornings?

OH FUCK ME. THIS COULD SUCK. I've never taught one and, you know what? Yes, yes I am a little afraid of a jr high schooler over the internet. It's going to be bad and I'm going to hate everything.
Except my bento. Which I cannot hate because it is delicious.
