high for the day: free points from the lexis lady! am saving up towards a kitchen aid stand mixer

low for the day: the only 2 classes that i was looking forward to taking this fall now overlap and i can only choose one (cool professor v. something useful/practical)

you know i love the kitchen aid standmixer. what color do you like the most? i was b/t wasabi and tangerine and got the wasabi. don't be boring and get white, black, or silver!!!

what two classes overlap? i want/have to take copyright, partnership tax, trusts and estates, professional responsibility and advanced legal research. i should take crim pro, but i'm not. will i take it in the spring? eh, we'll see . . .

yes, the bubble dress was a worthwhile investment! it fits great, is super comfortable, and it was nice to get all the compliments. i'm so going back to that store the next time i need another dress.

i want a mixer in red, but i think i might get boring white since it requires the least amount of points i think and i'm still a few thousand points away (although, one of my best law school buddies just became one of the westlaw student reps so i'm hoping she can hook me up)

gifts wills and trusts overlaps with securities regulations. i'm also thinking of taking commercial paper, employment, and real estate transactions. maybe pretrial advocacy or civil discovery, but less likely. there are so many better class offerings in the spring that i'm bummed i won't be able to take all the classes i want to before i graduate.
