Out of sheer boredom, I've decided to compile a series of lists (well, 3 of them) detailing my top 10
Heroclix figures for DC, Marvel, and INDY (i.e., comics that are neither DC or Marvel, because that is an intelligent way of categorizing it). So 30. 30 characters. Love it

2. Siryn and Banshee were too of my favourite Marvel characters, even tho Sean was blatently TOTALLY whipped by Moira McTaggart and Theresa had a pretty unoriginal drinking problem. The again, I have no idea what has happened to the characters since the Onslaught Saga (that was how long ago now?) because that's when all the decent writers and artists seemed to pack up their balls and leave.

2. Siryn has since done nothing out of the ordinary, because she's that kind of wooden character. Banshee has since drank himself stupid after Moira left him and then died of the Legacy Virus, quit his position as leader of Generation X (around the same time that the 90's-tastic group disbanded), and was last seen once more working with Interpol.

Whe I started reading the Phalanx Saga I was utterly in love with the idea.
THEN THEY KILLED CLARICE FERGUSON.
They killed off Blink, the only character with any goddamn potential to be any good. Sure, teleportation has been done to DEATH, but teleporting someones LIMBS off is such a great idea XD Plus in AoA she got a bow \m/
And Joe's artwork for Phalanx was so good I think it gave me false expectations for the GenX comic book. Chris Bachalo's art work isn't BAD, I just don't like it. The only character left with any real appeal was Jubilee, and that meant they had to take her OUT of the X-Men.
Lame.
Lame.
Lame.
Mmm I heard Moira died. Sean was a pussy anyway.

Technically, Blink didn't have a bow. Just a quiver of short javelines. Even cooler, in my opinion.
Banshee has since gotten much cooler. It was a good thing that Moira died, though she was a good character and integral to the plot.

KC was a critically acclaimed, massively influential epic. 1602 has a small cult following. As cool as the figures would be, it wouldn't make sense to make them (from a marketing standpoint, anyway). That, and the 1602 aren't much different from their contemporary counterparts.
That being said, I'd love to see a figure of 1602's Fury. That would rock.
