Well it's Saturday morning. I've got my otter slippers on, and I'm drinking a cup of coffee watching Veggie Tales on TV. If anyone hasn't seen some of those shows you should definitely watch. They are really funny, not to mention darling!

I start working four days a week this coming week, so today is the first day of my first 3 day weekend! Huzzaah! Monday Brian and I are going to get pre-approved for a home loan and see how huge of a house we can get. Ha ha just kidding. Well, I mean, we are going to get pre-approved, but I don't anticipate our price range changing at all even if we get approved for a $150,000 loan. I think you have to be pre-approved in order to make an offer on a home so it's kind of the first obvious step.

For those of you that don't know, I'm growing my hair out for Locks of Love, an organization that makes wigs for bald kids. Brian measured my hair the other day and it was 10 inches long! Woohoo! So, now it is long enough to donate. I am going to wait until about Christmas to get it cut so that I can at least have some hair left and I won't have to look totally butch. I am super excited about cutting my hair. I think my hair is really pretty long, but it is a serious pain in the butt to take care of. I'll have to post a pic sometime. Brian, remember to take a picture of my hair.

In other news, we have a visitor at our house. Her name is Flat Isabelle! Isabelle is my cousin in Wichita. She read a book in school about a kid named Flat Sammy or something. Then everyone in her class made little flat life-size paper dolls of themselves and they are mailing them to their friends and relatives all over the country. We are going to take some pictures of her with our cats and us. :) She is sitting on the refrigerator right now. Last night Walter tried to get in her lap but luckily I rescued her. Walter kind of likes to shred paper, especially paper towels and toilet paper on the roll. Kind of a dangerous kitty for Miss Flat Isabelle. I hope she has a good stay with us. If any of you in other states would like a visit from my cousin please let me know and we'll see what we can get worked out. :)
