COMIC CON 2010: THURSDAY.

Burn Notice, White Collar, Psych, Dexter.

So since last year's Burn Notice panel, I have now seen maybe three episodes of the show? That being said this panel is always enjoyable/hilarious because of Bruce Campbell who gave away money again this year! and Matt Nix, creator, because he talks exactly like Michael Weston's voiceovers, it's fantastic. It's too bad Jeffrey Donovan has been filming and unable to come the past two years, because I'm kind of fascinated by the cadence of his voice. Yes, I just typed that sentence. That shirt is also a dress on me, love it.

So I was expecting Matt Bomer to be be just ridiculously attractive in real life. You know what I wasn't expecting? TIM DEKAY. In person he is literally one of the most handsome men I have ever seen in my life, I couldn't get over it. Pictures really don't do him justice, he's like Julie Benz in that regard.

This panel plus the Willie Garson above is to prove I did realize there were other people there besides Matt/Tim. (;

So ~ a picture is worth a thousand words is clearly false because if I was going just based on the pictures I took of Matt/Tim alone, I would write an essay on how in love they are, if I didn't know any better.

This is a: James Roday UNF appreciation panel, in case you couldn't tell. Someone asked Maggie the difference between Shawn and James, and she was like Shawn: extroverted James: introverted Shawn: boy James: man and I totally saw the calmer introvert James this year as opposed to last.

Maggie is pretty etc, and that Tim/Dule picture I would like to remind you about what I said above about a picture is totally not worth a thousand words. Yet I love it in all its out of context glory all the same. I find it hilarious 364 days before this panel (I know this because last year Steve Franks, creator commented it was his wedding anniversary and this year he said their anniversary was tomorrow) I hadn't known about the show until accidentally sitting through the panel, and now it's in my top 5 favourite TV shows ever nevermind currently airing.

I didn't realize this the first time I went through my pictures because I cropped it closer but that's one of the best ~ eye contact shots I've gotten. Then Dule tap danced!!! and it was awesome, they did the routine from 5.02. (And yes, that is a very lazy shop of the two dancing photos together, I realize.)

MICHAEL C HALL!! MICHAEL C HALL!! MICHAEL C HALL!! His hair grew in curly after the chemo!! I can't believe since I saw him last year to now all the stuff he went through re: his health.

This is the third (and fourth because he was actually in two panels) time I've seen him at Comic Con and I love him more and more every time I see him. Though beyond love, I ADMIRE him the most probably out of anybody I've seen at Comic Con. He's also humble in a genuine way (you can definitely tell at CC when someone isn't being genuine) and you can tell that while all the attention is a little awkward for him, he deals with it pretty gracefully.

I love that he plays with the press photographers in the front, he'll give them his ~ Dexter face, then a smiley face, then another awesome face, it's amazing. Also Dexter is probably one of the worst shows to ask questions for because it's essentially always 'How can you cope playing a serial killers and do you believe what he does is right?!' but he always gave great answers, good mix of knowing when to be funny and actual serious ones. Side note: this season looks SO amazing.

This is bonus because I wanted to work in that James Roday photo in the unf panel but then I realized I had none of him smiling, and then MICHAEL C HALL I CAN'T EVEN.
