i find that i can't sit still and i shake though the temperature in my room isn't below 68 and my eyes dart back and forth and can't focus on anything for to long. and my heart beats fast and my breathe catches and i get shivers down my spine and my neck twitches like some crazy  person who has small men living in her brain. and i scream inside myself and i laugh out loud and my foot makes my leg go up and down as my fingers drum on the table.

i shake because i'm nervous, and i'm nervous because life makes me nervous.
