Gah! My windows updated and the stupid thing found out I was running some Windows XP that isn't quite as...um..legal as it should be.
Bascially I borrowed the program from someone else and now Windows is on to me.
Everything is still in working order as of right now, but how much longer will windows allow me to run the pirated software until it cracks down.
Dude, so NOT paying 200 bones for XP.....but really not sure what other options I have?!?!
Has this happened to anyone else lately? I wish I had a stupid copy of that program..cause then I'd just put it on again (if possible?) and NOT do the updates...I'd just say "no thanx" to the little box that pops up and be on my merry way.
As for right now...I have the fun little icon in the bottom left corner that looks like a gay blue star telling me that "I might be a victim of software counterfeiting"..which is a polite way of saying "You fucking ripped us off..now you'll pay"
