Despite no evidence to the contrary, I'm still alive :)
Sorry for the absence- i'm working so very many hours a fortnight (typically 120), which unfortuantely doens't exactly leave me much time to socialise. When i'm free, I crash.
The goth thing has kinda been superceded by the Metal thing. how much so shall be deciced at the Anzac Day Golgotha, where i will make a rare appearance from my cave. The lack of decent clubs is kinda annoying *nods* and i'm hoping Golgotha is decent enough to hold my interest.
They've had me on the late shift at the moment (3-11:30 pm), and i'm kinda missing my evenings *sighs.* although having the house to myself during the day does have its advantages, the prestige of roaming around the house half naked wears off....
I've moved. The new house is much, much, larger. And i gotta say, central heating kicks ass. Heidelberg Heights is waaay more central than coburg, even if it seems the opposite at first glance.
I'm looking into a novated lease for a car at the mo. tax on 3 grand a fortnight is a little too high for my liking, and apparently a car is a category B Salary packaging item :)
So, yeah, slowly getting used to living in a peaceful house without random shit erupting all the fucking time. I dont think I treat housemate people too fairly, though- the assumption of that shit will blow up kinda makes me defensive, you know?
My boss has asked me to go for a promotion at work, but i don't think my bosses bosses boss is too supportive. can't say I blame her either. 7 months aint long enough *sighs*
So, yeah, really hoping to catch up with some of you locals at Golgotha. Believe it or not, I miss you all more than it seems after a year with pretty much no contact. And i'd really love to see you all again, guys *nods*

hmm having money for once has meant that i'm buying random cd's- the latest of which is Insomnium and Amorphis. Insomnium aint too bad at all, and Amorphis has led me into the path of the kalevala. Kinda a precursor to LOTR and shite like that. Give it a read. Well worth the time. Enjoying Eclipse- Amorphis's little Kullervo's album. fucked up shcaracter of doom whose sword was used for the Elric series *nods*
