I'm not too good at the cooking part but I'm much better at eating. There's a place not too far from here that sells the biggest steak dinners I've ever had.
Alright! *claps his hands together* First thing we'll need are some fruits! Or some fruit juice would do too or even yogurt. A few nuts like almonds or peanuts for some extra protein and some flavored protein mix. Which flavor do you like? Vanilla, chocolate, or strawberry?
Alright! *starts searching through various fruits and puts mostly strawberries in a bowl* Now lets mix it with some other berries, a bit of milk, and some protien. Where's your blender?
