My Birthday Weekend.... mmm yea 19 baby
So this weekend, as i said earlier, was AMAZING. couldn't have gone any better.
Wed night- 12am, Mike came over when i was studying for my big anatomy exam with Roh and gave me a bouquet of flowers for my birthday :)
Thursday- I TURNED 19!! aww shit. finally 19 like everyone else. Took my anatomy exam and my practical, and i think i did well, i'll post the results later if they're worth being proud about.... after that, had english which is always stupid.... but Thursday night, Mike came over and gave me a small portion of my gift--- he got me hemp and a bunch of beads for it.. and his family got me a container to put it all in which was nice.
Other stuff I got:
- From Meg and Amanda--- when i woke up thursday morning, meg had decorated our corner of the hallway with signs, balloons, and streamers which was very unexpected.... and then on my desk was a card from the 2 of them which was funny and a picture in a stand thingy of me and meg :).... then later that night, she gave me the rest of my gift which was Final Destination 1 & 2 DVDs, and a funny pin that said (goin off of memory now) something along the lines of "farting makes the room warmer" or something like that.. either way it fit me perfectly
- From Ash--- Gift certificate to FYE for DVDs :), body lotion and body wash from Body Works
- From Deidre--- Garfield Chia pet ... which i kind of screwed up but it's all good :)
- From Caity--- an original card which she's sick at making
- From Christine--- a stollen "caution- slippery when wet" sign from the hallway, a free b. ride, and a cool Kokopeli (sp?) ring from the flea market haha
- From TJ--- $50 gift card to Best Buy
- From the rents--- Ipod Nano with my name engraved on the back, $100 bucks cash, and a coloring tube, plus a sweet dinner at Chilis.

Friday- So friday, after i got all ready and dolled up, Mike came over and gave me a dozen long stem red roses (11 red and 1 white) which was beautiful. We had dinner reservations at 8:30 at Jeffrey's in Milford so it was only like 6 so we had some time to kill.. so he's like "lets go to the mall first".... so we go to the mall, and he takes me into Build-a-Bear and says to pick one :) so the 2 of us made our own build-a-bears... i made a flamingo and he made a cute teddy bear (that still doesn't have free will ;) )
then after that he's like, alright lets just walk around the mall to kill some time, so we walk around for a little bit and he brings me over to a jewelry store and points out my birthstone in the glass case and was like "this is your birthstone right? because i was thinking about getting you something for christmas" so i was like "yea thats it but you're not spending that kind of money on me i wont allow it" so then we're standing there looking at the stuff in the case and he whips out a wrapped box from a Michaels... and of course i'm shocked... So he tells me to open it, and i open it and my mouth drops, a pair of beautiful white gold earings with my birthstone in them... it's kind of flower shaped... beautiful...

then after that i'm like "okay so we really arent at the mall to just kill time" and he's like "yea, lets really just walk around now" so we walked around for a while, and got a pretzel to hold ourselves over for a little bit.. and then we headed off to dinner... then we got to Jeffery's which was a little fancy restraunt with each table having a candlelit setting... so romantic... so we got our food which was delicious and headed back to his dorm...
when we got back, he made me wait in the kitchen for a few minutes while he set up.... (so now i'm like.. what the heck could he do? i'm dyin here).... so he comes back and gives me the key to his room has me go first.... so i get near the door and he's got rose petals on the outside of the door leading in, i open the door and you should have seen my face... speechless.... he had rose petals all along the floor and leading to his bed... he had everything off of his desk and covered it with a white sheet, with a bottle of wine, 2 glasses, a card, and some other little things on the desk.... and he had one of the most romantic songs playing, which he knows i LOVE that song--- Lifehouse- "everything"..... plus to set the mood, he had his lamp up on top of the 2 dressers covered by a red sheet to give the room a red glow.

so i walk over there and literally start to cry because this is the sweetest thing thats ever happened to me... and he shows me the card and is like, i want you to read this but a little later.... so then he's like, sit down, relax..... so i sit on the bed and he whips out another box from Michaels! totally shocked me... so I open that up and find a beautiful heart shaped necklace… again white gold with my birthstone on it…. Beautiful. Absolutely beautiful. After that I was like.. okay no more you’ve done plenty… and he tells me to lay down and then gives me a massage…..
what an amazing night, the 2 of us just hung out and then fell asleep together… it was perfect.

Saturday-
I had to wake up at 4:30am… yes that’s right 4:30 in the morning… to get to the Pitt Center by 5:15 to leave for my first fencing meet- The Big One… so then from there we went to North Hampton, Mass.. which is the cutest little town… and I fenced all day till like 3ish …. I did alright I guess for my first meet… I went 2-4 in my pool and lost in the first round of elimination… but out of the 3 girls who fence epee (my weapon) I was placed the highest after pool play… so that’s an accomplishment.
After that, my parents brought me back home to look for my mom’s diamond ring which she lost or thought it got stolen, we still haven’t found it. But then we went back towards SHU and we met up with Mike, Ash, Eddie, Aunt Roxie, and Uncle Ted… and the 8 of us (including my parents and me) ate dinner at Chilis which was yummy…. Before dinner we actually ran into evan and Krista who were eating dinner at Chilis too and took mike’s car there so after dinner we all just squeezed into his car and went back to SHU
When we got back, mike and I got changed and ready to go up to J Hill where a couple of Mike’s friends were having a party… played beer pong, beer darts, and flip cup.. which got me pretty wasted needless to say, came back and passed out in my bed immediately.
Sunday-
Me and Mike slept in for most of the day and then Me, Meg, Meg’s mom, and her sister went out to lunch for my birthday . We went to Bertucci’s which was delicious… got some broccoli and chicken pizza… sooo good…. After that, meg and I got back and watched a Final Destination and hung out… then I went over mikes and studied for the rest of the night because I have a test Tuesday morning 8am. Woo :-/
So now I’m in religion again… this seems to be a habit because this class is ridiculous. But the weekend was amazing and couldn’t have asked for anything better.
