Mindi and the terrible, no good, very bad day.
so today has been nothing but awful.. all within like an hour of time.
this is what happened:
I went and got food at Flik (for those of you who don't know, thats the cafe here at SHU) and i got roast beef, potatoes, and broccoli.... which they then proceeded to charge me $9.44 for... REDICULOUS.
then I went to find a table to sit down at... and I was waiting for Meg and Caity to meet me there... so all the tables had people at them, and i saw this one table with just one girl there.. so I sat down and waited for them... well like 2 minutes later, a kid got up from a table and I wanted to get that table so that we were alone and not with some weird girl...
so i pick my stuff up and start to walk over and i call meg to tell her where i am in the cafe, and i put my plate down on the table, fumble my phone and it lands in the mashed potatoes with gravy on them... gravy splashes all over my shirt, and my phone stops working...
it put itself in "car set" which means.... i need a new phone... i can call out and get calls in physically.. but i can't talk into my phone or hear what the other person is saying, the ringer part of the phone doesnt ring, and needless to say, it's a pointless piece of junk...
then i try to get it out of that mode after sucking out most of the mashed potatoes from where the charger plugs in (which was gross), and i put it into lock mode.... which later i found out how to get of it but had it not been for caity, i would still be in lock mode...
then meg and caity show up and we start eating, and i again splash grease on me from the roast beef... just adding to the terrible day... then i call my mom, from meghan's phone, to figure out how to get it out of this "car set" mode and she's looking up online for reasons.... and in a very shortened version, said "the only way to fix it is to get a new phone"
wonderful. seeing as how i just got this phone right before icame to school....
and what's even better about this whole situation, is that once i bring it down, and wanting a new phone, my mom or dad will have to come and pick it up because i'm under their name.. which means.. no phone for me for a while...
fuckin spectacular...
some other things to add to my list:
- i'm all out of water and capri suns so the school is going to rape me for money, $1.35 for a bottle of water.
- oh and to top my day, i woke up with a pimple, and my mom told me that her Aunt Jenette died yesterday... plus now she's not going to be able to watch my shows with me tonight (which is the least of our worries, but still) because the wake is tonight and the funeral is tomorrow.
fuck my ass.
i just want to go to bed and forget about today because quite frankly, today sucks.
