Truely, what a surreal feeling it is to be listed on IMDB

Woo! My copy came in yesterday! We watched it last night. I reeeeally enjoyed it. There are so many things I could comment on, it would probably be information overload.
But I will say...I think my favourite scene was your monologue with the vampire terrorist. *chuckles*
And I watched the whole credits. You even did the music?!? I'm so impressed!
And and Monster Cops will return in Monster Cops: Shadow Company? Woo hoo!!

Oh, man....those little painted crosses with ribbon...and you had plane and aerial footage! That's awesome!

Now, I'm really curious. It's okay if you would rather not say, but I'm very curious as to the budget of this movie. I couldn't even venture a guess. I would guess that the video equipment was probably the most expensive...er...expense. ;p

OH! OH! And the parts with the Midnight Special! Loved the acting and the make-up. And for some strange reason, I would say the video quality of those sections were the best in the movie, too.

Okay, okay...that's enough for now. But if there is anything you'd like to hear my opinion on in particular, I'd be happy to share. After all, you were dedicated enough to plan and do everything that had to be done to get this DVD in my (and hopefully many others') DVD player. ^___^

Oh I don't mind talking about the budget at all. 6 months back when I was talking to possible distributors I was kinda keeping it a secret, but now that I'm self-distributing I'll be telling the press about the budget.

It's called a No-Budget feature not because there wasn't any money, but because there wasn't enough money to really qualify a budget. But to guesstimate, after the cameras, computer, props, and minor things here and there including gas, the budget comes in under $2,000.00. If I really think about it, I'd say it was closer to $1,500.00

Everyone worked for free, which meant juggling everyone's schedule including mine. Locations were free (or...ahem...borrowed). And everything else was a favor. Like a few of the cast new some guys that flew planes, they asked, got a yes, and we got really neat aerial footage for free. We can thank Andrew and Mark T. for that.

I'm so very glad you enjoyed it. Let's hope I can put together a real budget for this next one cuz I'd rather not do the no-budget thing again.

Thank you so much for buying a copy. :D
