npcs, power rings not quite hax enough, maka (takeyour_soul), relm (rainbowbrush), mother's day, guy has more willpower than you, marie (eye_do), mayfield, willpower is another word for stubborn

...Yeah, sure. I gotta say, I'm curious if you can get it to work. Don't do anything big, though. It's pretty low on energy.

No problem.

[She puts the ring on and concentrates, frowning. Nothing happens at first, but she doesn't give up; ignoring the pain she feels, she stubbornly keeps trying. Eventually a tiny image of a Moogle appears for about ten seconds and then flickers away, leaving Relm out of breath and humbled.]
