You know how they tell you that you learn something new everyday, well, that never surprises me. I found out today that my cheif annoying street rat is on probation and that he's got one chance to behave or else. Now I have power!!!! Now I all have to say is, "I can have Mrs. Weikle make a phone call." and he straightens right up! It's wonderful!
