An “Alice in Wonderland” beauty event will be held at ULTA. “Urban Decay” are launching an “Alice in Wonderland” inspired eye-shadow palette. At her store in February, an ‘Urban Decay’ Professional Make Up Artist will be available to try these eye-shadow looks out on guests.
