Wow
Really nothing interesting to say at all. I'm already drowning in work, though I'm only taking three classes (design, model building and props) but with my lovely two shows going on I've got a bit more to worry about.
But I'm on strike against worrying. BAH, I say to you, worrying. Go away!
Howard is gives me the giggles. We've got to read three plays for class and I'm actually glad because they are musicals and I'm putting myself in touch with the musicals I don't know, like Showboat and Nine and Hair. I actually don't know a lot of musicals at all, but more than most techs do (out of a list of 8 there was only one I hadn't been in or seen). But for an actor, I have no knowledge lol. Okay practically no knowledge. I have a strange aversion to musicals unless you make me see them. I'm weird like that.
But so this weekend I have to read musicals, make miniature model chairs in 1/8th inch, 1/4th inch and 1/2 inch scale, figure out what I want to put in my Salvador Dali themed model and sketch it, figure out how to build my collapsible model box, work on my Kid Champion Elevations, Painted Elevations, Section, Props drawings, model, rendering etc., take note of all scenic elements in either My Fair Lady, Show Boat, or The Sound of Music... and in general, keep sane.

I'm wasting time journalling.
But that's okay. I feel strangely better.
Oh One more thing. Mercury in retrograde is killing me (mercury is the planet of communication and when it runs retrograde communications fall through and cause frustration and that's ALL I'VE BEEN EXPERIENCING FOR THE LAST 2 DAYS) but I hope it will get better..
